I came the first day and Sue really took her time and helped me. She was not pushy she was so kind and made me feel so comfortable making a decision on such a big purchase. I came the second day and she was off so I got some help from the Eddie the sales manager and he was on top of everything. super impressionable and knowledgeable just like Sue I forgot the other guys name that walked around the second day with me. They showed me the GMC AT4 in red and I was sold lol I came back the third day and saw Sue with my finance check in hand. The whole transaction was soooo comfortable. Charles in service was outstanding. I was dealing with a difficult vehicle situation and, even though I ultimately did not get the repair done there, he still went above and beyond trying to help me. He reached out on my behalf multiple times, followed up with both me and the insurance company, and even worked with parts to try to lower the price and make the repair more feasible. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I really appreciated his effort and felt bad that I wasn’t able to give him the business in the end.

Good selection of vehicles with all the perks of a new car - heated seats, sun roof, towing packing, and more. Customer service is outstanding and the service department gives attention to detail. Our 2015 Equinox was well cared for by the service team with regular maintenance and troubleshooting as the car aged. Needed tires re balanced after two weeks. Explained why to the representative. No problem, we will take care of it. After first rebalance and test drive, still not right. Brought vehicle back in and did a more extensive rebalance. Test drive proved satisfactory. Representative said if you experience anymore issues, please let know. Very professional and up front about issue.

Master GMC serviced my 2022 2500HD GMC . They flushed the transmisson , changed the oils in the tranfer case , front and rear differentials , changed engine oil and rotated tires. I am very pleased with the service padt and present that I havd recieved at Master GMC , Buick.

Everything and everyone was top tier on my recent visit. Arrived, was checked in immediately. Waiting room was quiet, clean, and stocked with water, coffee and tea. I did have to use the ladies room and it was nice and clean. Very good visit!
